Study on the State of Female Leaders’ Development in Western Region

Along with Economic development and the rise of modern Social status of women, women have gained more fully in all aspects of development and become a brilliant scene. Due to the imbalanced development of many aspects such as economy, culture, Education caused by geographical differences, the development of female leadership differs greatly in different resigns. The western region’s economy lagged behind the eastern region, so the development of female leadership in advocacy, training and selection has not sufficient human, material and financial resources to gain as the eastern region. Women who have taken up leadership positions and gotten remarkable progress in the western region need to overcome more difficulties and pay more strenuous efforts. The article aims at studying how the female leaders get development in western region with stronger Social and historical prejudices and feudal culture. I hope the study can provide decision-making information for the government in female leaders’ training and selection and experience on improving the status for more female leaders and firm the pace with women who will become leaders.The research of female leaders worldwide is in advanced stage. Compared to the foreign study in schedule and depth, our study of female leadership in political field is relatively weak. It is also in the stage of translating and introducing foreign perspectives, and we lack of systematic theoretical analysis.
